The service is available to you and your family living with you and provides you with two important levels of assistance:
- If you become unemployed Jobcare's experienced advisors can talk to you about any concerns or questions you have regarding unemployment. You will receive your own personal copy of the Back to Work guide and advice on a range of issues including:
- You do not need to be unemployed to use this service. If you are currently employed and looking for a new position or applying for a new position within your current company Jobcare will be available to you.

– Letters of application
– How to access the hidden job market
– Access to a national jobs vacancy database
– Interview techniques
